We began our journey by hand harvesting ourselves and with the incredible support of spouses, family and close friends.
We use many different types of apples in the final blend. Each apple variety adds its own unique flavor and texture to the blend. Newtown Pippins, Jonathan, Gravenstein, Granny Smiths, Rhode Island Greening and quite a few back yard apples.
Hard Days Work
In Napa Valley, the main focus is around the wine business. We have been using our days off to to pick the fruit from various places in the surrounding counties to source the right fruit for the blend.
